Netherese Orb blasting not showing up in Gale's spell book

As the title says, it's not showing up anywhere. Everything is saying that it's a Class Action so it should be under "Class Actions" in his spell book but its just not. Is there another place I haven't looked?

It's not in the spell book. It's a "common" action.

oh, did you meet elminster on the way at all? if you're wanting to nuke the brain you don't use that ability btw, it's a conversation that pops up at the brain stem with gale in the party

"Common" is a tab in the spell book and it's not there.

That has to be what's happening. We were well past that convo sitting in front of the Netherbrain's will with the rest of my party downed with the exception of Gale.
