1 - Needs script extender. Get it from Nexus or find a way to make it yourself without the script extender.
2 - The "official mods" are exactly the same that are on the Nexus. End this stupid ♥♥♥♥ that only mods on the "oFfIcIaL trash" are "official".

I don't support Nexus thats why I am asking not to be redirected over to Nexus. The Nexus will censor mods they politically don't agree with. I don't understand why people like yourself feel compelled to insert things people asked not to be pointed to. I rather you said nothing.

Get the toolkit, make it yourself. It's not that hard.

Because there is a solution to your problem, and most adults don't expect to run into people who feel a need to invent problems where there are none.
