Bulette no longer spawns at any of its locations

I fought it at the high up location by the drow book, by the big mushroom near the minotaurs, the valley before the myconids, and the nest with the dog collar. It also emerged briefly at the sussar tree and healed then fled. Each time it fled, even at the "nest" with the dog collar. Now it rumbles around underground and never emerges. Patch 7.

I think it only emerges once at any location. If you don't get it by the time it uses all of them, you can't get it.

the good news is that when I rage hard closed the game after this happened, it seems it let me reload the game right at the start of my last bulette fight on honor mode, so I got the kill after all
