Is there God Mods and also good Shop Mods so you can get the clothes you want early in the game?

Faerun Utility probably works for what you want. it adds a ring which allows you to do a lot of things, including adding any equipment (armor or weapon) from the whole game to you at any time

A mod that fills merchants with stacks of 3 to 4 bloodlust elixir / potion of speed etc. would be nice. It's so boring to pickpocket that over and over and hoping the merchant has it in stock, especially the bloodlust elixir. Haste potion get more common at lvl 6 and onwards.
