The shadow monk’s shadow step ability is very fun. It’s a spammable misty step (albeit one that requires you to be hidden or obscured).
Monk, too. But way of the open hand.
Just made my shadowheart one, wis + dex build using elixir of giant str (duration per long rest). Tavern brawler and some lighting charge items. She’s probably the heaviest hit i have in my party atm, a refreshing change for her useless trickster cleric aspect of my previous game.
There's basically nothing you're not good at, it's great.
You get full caster spell slots, medium armor + shield, and some decent weapon proficiencies.
You get the entire Druid spell list up to lvl 6 and all Wizard spells that can be found on scrolls, which is most of them.
You have access to nearly every summoning spell in the game (except the Cleric's), including Conjure Woodling Beings, so you can have an army of elementals, undead, and a Dryad/Woad.
You get the 10th level Moon Druid elemental Wildshapes as well as Owlbear and Raven and Spider.
Spike Growth, Call Lightning, and Wall of Thorns are some of the best AoE concentration spells, and two of those are fine to use Wildshaped - plus you get all of the Wizard's AoE and CC. Fireball, Lightning Bolt, Sleet Storm, Hold Person/Monster, Phantasmal Killer.
All the teleports - Misty Step, Dimension Door, Arcane Gate. Plus the utility stuff, like Knock and Arcane Lock. Blink, Mirror Image, etc.
There is no better build.

Playing that now. It's almost too good.
Illusionist and an Enchanter.
Use Improved Minor Illusion to line enemies up for AoE from stealth, then Hold Person/Monster.
Sleet Storm, Hypnotic Pattern, Hunger of Hadar, Spike Growth.
If you want a guide, check out Cephalopocalypse on YouTube. He calls this build the "Rizzadin"
