Help Me With Lore-Friendly Dark Urge Please!

Hey guys, good day to you all!

Can you help me out with deciding on my Dark Urge character creation? I need thoughts from people who know a lot about that universe, because this game was my introduction to world of Dungeons and Dragons and I don't know a lot of things.

SO! I want to start my next walkthrough as a Dark Urge, and I know that lore-friendly Dark Urge for this game is Dragonborn. BUT! I like to play as human, because there's something special in playing as regular mortal who interacts with all kinds of weird and dangerous stuff, and statistically humans are the most common race as well.

Tell me, please, how lore-friendly it is? And is it possible for human Bhaal-Spawn to have regular looks? Like, just plain human looks. Or should Dark Urge with human race have some unusual moments in his look, like, weird eyes of unnatural colour or something like that?

Bhaalspawn have nothing visually that identifies them as such and they can be any race. Bhaal really got around. In "Throne of Bhaal" we saw Bhaalspawn ranging in intimidating appearance from an adult blue dragon to a chubby farmer.
