How can I continue a save with new mods installed?
I've got a new save file using a few mods from the mod manager, but have found a few more I would like to use since starting the play through. When trying to continue the game with these new mods, I'm told they need to be disabled to continue.

Is there any way to bypass this, and play with new mods in an older save file? Or do i need to restart a play through whenever I find a new mod I want?

If you're getting error messages when you load, you can try playing anyway, but it's quite likely to have problems down the road.

Nothing happens if you start playing with new mods, the game is just informing you that "These mods were not present on this save file before"

I've added a few mods after starting throughout my patch 7 playthrough no problems

You still better be careful tho, some mods that add content explicitly will say that they arent compatible with save files and you have to start a new game for said mods to work properly. But if there was no such warning, you are probably fine.
