BG3 Mod Toolkit documentation
Guys, you're worrying about doing step-by-step tutorials but you still haven't managed to deliver the basics. Where is the documentation that says what the Summon() method receives? What I receive in context.Source, etc... you are missing the basics of when a framework is going to be delivered (which is this toolkit, in this case).

they also only have docs for importing armor and weapons assets but not for exporting anything for editing

I think they will get to this point, but they are trying to reach users with simpler content first. However, they fail brutally when they say: - copy this from X place. If they had a doc they would explain exactly why you need this thing. They are basically "starting at the end".

Right!?! We could really use a very basic guide like, "Here's where you find Create a Character assets," and "Here's the difference between Shared Assets, Gustav Assets, DevAssets, etc"

Granted, I'm an absolute novice when it comes to making my own mods, so maybe there's something obvious that I just don't know yet, but I feel like I have no idea what I'm tinkering with or if I'm playing with the right files or not.

Apparently someone has found a way to unlock the level editor?

Maybe the community will slowly figure out stuff and document everything to unlock it's full potential? And get custom campaigns? >.>

People are slowly hacking things together (especially in regards to the unlocked toolkit), which you can see if you're following the various discords.

Patience will be in order though, it's a bit like Bethesda modding before the third party tools are there. Except it's probably even more complicated here.

That is very good. The dream of custom campaigns may one day be possible, after all.

That's the point. If I really had time I would probably find out what these methods return, what they need to receive, how they relate to resources and with that we would make much more elaborate campaigns/mods. The point is that unfortunately this work will be on the community's side. In a development environment, framework documentation is the initial step for anything, they needed to make this available instead of simple step-by-step guides.
