You still need to enable them from the ''installed'' list
1. Mods from Nexus still work, but Vortex does not (last I checked Saturday), I'm sure an update is planned.
2 The location of Mods has changed from the installation directory, to a local app data folder. "C:\Users\YOURUSERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods"
For now to get everything working use BG3 Mod Manager instead of Vortex, and make sure you also update the script extender.

i use the mod manager and in game. outside mods just show up as 3rd party thats it.
