Report a translation problem
The game is freshly installed with no mods.
I have tried various things, including loading a very early save and going straight to the goblin camp - nothing helps.
I have reported this as a bug via the portal:

I think the OP can do the same
Im actually in your same shoes. Not the same exact situations but in that I played this game many playthroughs when it first came out. Came back and did another playthrough. There seems to be way more dialogue / consequence bugs than ever. It’s actually not a great time to do honor run vs earlier after reelease due to these bugs, since you’re locked in and can’t save scum.
I think they polished a lot of things but I feel the coding or something with quests has gotten worse. Likely because fixes ro one thing have had consequences in a cascade efffect.
This is especially true when paying a game from previous patches. The choices you made then coupled with new patch can result in chaos.
But still even new playthrough like ours are lots of bugs. It’s a shame.
For the record I use no mods.
It may bring other problems in the long run, bur may be a immediate solution for your problem, until Larian attend the issue.
I’m not sure there are fixes other than an earlier save or fresh start.
When these patches come out, I think sometimes they have a hard time reconciling your old file and the new version. So in your case it sounds like something in your halsin/Druid quest line got altered and now just isn’t doable for you.
I don’t know of what you could do differently, but to be honest if I were mid playthrough whens major patch came out I’d probably start over. I found way too many cases where keeping the same save files after fixes caused very weird issues for me.
There was also a bug to aunt Ethel - she instantly dying after cutscene in the teahouse
Weird. I did this last week and had zero issues with that part of the quest procing properly. I have had weird instances of dialogues having issues where it only goes through part of the dialogue, but never with that quest in particular and the couple times it has happened, it was dialogues that weren't really story important.
