Mod Manager not loading?

Trying to open up BG3ModManager to go through all my installed mods and it's not loading. Stuck on "Loading Profiles" at about halfway through. Should I just go in and manually uninstall Mod Manager and try downloading it again?

you are using an outdated version

Had the same problem. Thought it was the mods, so deleted them, the manager, the game, reinstalled everything. still the same issue. Seems some of us are getting a corrupt file/profile after patch 7.

Found the fix online. Delete the modsettings.lsx file in AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\PlayerProfiles\Public

Opened BG3 afterwards. Closed it. Reopened ModManager. Voila.
Might have restarted the computer somewhere in there. Can't remember.
