and no it really hasn't games still plenty fun with or without mods, just give your modders a few days to fix it up for the new patch.
Your bad mod handling is at fault. Not the game. Basically skill issue.
The problem with playing with unofficial mods is that updates to the game can break them and you then need the individual authors to fix them.
This is one reason I was waiting for official mod support since we knew that was coming and it was probably better to wait. Besides the unmoderated game had so much content I felt no urgent need for mods.
Try playing unmodded for a while your mod containing saves are probably dead.
Or revert to version 6 and carry on playing with those mods people have posted instructions for how to so that.
If you have problems after the patch you just have to remove all old mods and third party dll's, validate your game files and then get the newest version of the script extender and get the latest versions of your mods from nexus.
