Patch 7 Game Breaking Bug

Patch 7 Bugs

Just thought I would start a Durge play through, and wowee, i try to make a character and the menus overlapped my spells double selected. Some spells were already chosen so i chose more spells.

Then i went into the game and all the ambient dialogue made the HUD glitch out and spill into the spell bar. Then I got to the first combat scene and text boxes overflowed textures warped and it started lagging so bad that it went into powerpoint mode

My pc had to load frame by frame so i just Alt+F4 out ha ha hopefully they patch it soon just wanted to point it out so it gets fixed didn't see it in the main discussions.

Game is fine, you can't expect all of your mods to be working.

Not using mods. booted from steam client and have nothing on mod manager.

Same thing is happening to me, @Juju - not mods at all, game is not fine since Patch 7 was installed. Checked for corrupted files to ensure nothing was interfering or needed removal. I can try saving my player profiles and do a reinstall but FFS, don't gaslight us @Starwight/ttv when we ask for help.

have clean installed 3 time, verified, and getting a data mismatch. siomething's fishy

The patch is borked the game for many people, for some they cant even play multi player with others anymore. Even with NO mods installed at all.

The only way i got it to work again, was to roll back to the last beta through the updates and beta option.

Same for me I never used mod, Only the game, and since the patch 7 I lag all the time...

The menus glitches have been happening to me and has made the game completely unplayable (this is with no mods). I hope there's some sort of fix in the future.

I mean, I just finished my durge run, and had no issues like that.

did all of you verify your game files? I just updated and had the same issue with the main menu so I deleted all my mods using vortex and verified my game files. The game STILL tries to tell theres a missmatch but I think its lying because the menu bug has gone away and I can play the game perfectly fine

I guess you can't read or even look at threads, guy said he was using NO mods. Unless you actually have something to add how about you keep your useless quips to yourself.

He claims that sure. I did a durge run just fine without that issue, WITH patch 7.
