Patch 7 seems to have broken the button in Emperor's Hideout

After Patch 7, when I walk towards the statue in the North after defeating the Gith ambush, I succeed the Perception Check for the button but when I walk behind the statue it doesn't show up now. The button showed up in all my other playthroughs and after Patch 7 it just never appears.

Anyone else seeing this issue? I also had an issue with the note in blood from Orin not showing up in my camp after defeating Gortash, so now I have to do the Investigate the Murders quest to be able to get into the Temple of Bhaal.

Yes, I have the problem. I thought it was just me, I hope they will fix it soon because I will not be able to finish the game otherwise.

Actually, you can. The emperor's hideout is optional and if it's important to find to you, you can enter it through the sewers.
Go through the manhole cover between the Elfsong Tavern and Basilisk Gate, blast the breakable wall to bits, drop down on the right (there's a lever to turn off the poison gas) take a right again, go through that door and you're in the room under the Emperor's hideout, which you can access through a latter.
