BG3 Mod Manager on Steam Deck Issues?

Sorry if someone else already posted on this, but I haven't run into any posts regarding this specific issue.

So I'm having trouble with navigating between pages on the Steam Deck, specifically using the native controller inputs. After getting between pages 7-9 and pressing Right Trigger to scroll to the next page, it sends me back to somewhere between pages 1-3 at random. I don't know if it can be fixed with keyboard/mouse as unfortunately my dock has gone missing, so if that's the simple answer I can fix that later, but is there something else I may be doing incorrectly? Is anyone else running into this problem?

I've since actually installed BG3 on my main rig (I avoided it at first because I have it on PS5 and generally don't want to linger at the main desktop so much for it as I work from it) and have noticed the same issue when trying to do it with mouse/keyboard, also. So it's probably just a mod manager issue in general?

I mainly play on PS5, so I can wait, but Sony will only allow limited MODS on the PS5, so I was hoping to run on the Deck as well. Don't have a PC so guess I will wait until its all working on the Deck and PS5 respectively, will play something else meantime.
