where is the toolkit? i cant creat my classe in the game, when i click to open it on steam it open the game... i can see the mod already creat but i cant open anything to creat mine.

that's just the data above i believe.

Go to your library. look above your list of games on the left, above the search bar there should be a drop down that says "games". Select tools from that list as well.
Now your games list should also be filled with uninstalled tools as well.
Find BG3 tool kit in that list and install

"BG3 toolkit" and "BG3 Toolkit data" are two totally different things, you get them from different place too. But they named them exactly same for whatever reason.
