Verifying the game's files might be worth a try, as well as checking if there are any leftover mods still present in the game's folders.
So.... basically never use mods then right? Because games are almost never "done" patching. Just look at Skyrim as a perfect example. 13 years later and the game STILL gets updates and patches that end up.... you guessed it.... breaking mods.
I had this issue on my old Durge save, basically the Confirm-button is broken/unclickable when entering the Magic Mirror. For some reason, hitting Randomize activated it again for me (and others who have had this issue before, apparently). So just make sure you've checked the settings you want to keep and then hit Randomize and make over your character however. you like Hopefully the Confirm-button will come back to life once you hit Randomize.
that was exactly my issue and your solution worked!! thank you so much!!!
