In the meantime, where and what problems are you having specifically? Warlocks can be kind of tricky too. They're like 2/3rds magic and 1/3rd melee.

Keep in mind, some of those guides are bit dated, so if they offer any times that rely on a bug or glitch, don't bank on it working (I don't know if they do or not, but still, if you see one, just know it may have been patched).

Personally, when I played a Warlock class, I picked Necromancy. Having a lot of minions running around to fight for you, really makes combat easier. The Elementals can very tough. And have some useful skills.
Even the lowly skeleton archer. Having 4 of them up at once can be a good addition to your damage.
