Quality of the mods in the in game Mod Manager is poor

...is it just me or are they pretty bad? Is this curated? If so by whom? There are so many good mods on the Nexus vs this. Not seeing any reason why I should use this over that right now. Bummer.

Unbelievable, how is it possible that a mod manager few days old, can't be compared to a modding site which got mods for over a year already.

Prepare for a lot of low quality mods.
Now that they released an easy way to make mods, people are gonna try to make them, and a whole lot of them gonna be bad.

But that's normal, just look at the most downloaded / upvoted ones and you should be fine. And wait a bit of time for people to put their mods in the mod.io page.

All the mods that are on there currently were tests. Larion asked some mod authors to try the mod manager before the patch came out to make sure it was smooth and worked fine.

You know it's not just uploading the mods that's needed right? They first have to update the mods to work with the new version of the game. It's gonna take some time. The mods that are on there now only needed some minor adjustment most likely or are silly stuff people made with the early access to the mod kit to test it out.

Only some modders had access to the beta test, and not even to the final build as far as I know, the vast majority didn't

Eldritch Knights being able to use Cantrips on their Bonus Action for their level 7 ability is a mod I didn't know I needed but now can't imagine living without lol.

As for the amount available, that mod I just mentioned wasn't even 'out' when I first booted up the game a few hours ago, I only saw it after checking the mod manager again at the end of my play session.

tl;dr - There are some great mods on there already and the overall list is being updated really fast! I'm loving it and I'm not normally a mod person!

Its a problem as from what I have seen when I scrolled through is the filtering possibilities seem to be very limited and there is no like system or most downloaded, unless that was all hidden.

So it being spammed with pages upon pages of Mommy/Daddy X mods is a problem as it makes finding useful mods way harder.

What are the bad mods so far? Mods that are canon to the D&D experience or adorable anime mods? This did drop at the end of a work week.

For example a whole page of individual mods for every major character that prefixes their name with Mommy or Daddy....

The music/instrument mod is amazing. But that's the only decent 2 mods I found.
