Tool kit not opening

eveytime i try to open the tool kit it says im missing the editor folder? i made an editor folder where its supposed to be but that didnt work and it wont even open. help

Did you "purchase" and download the Toolkit Data DLC from the Steam Store? You need both the data DLC for the base game, as well as the separate Toolkit tool to make the Toolkit function properly.

Yea i have them both installed. It says i have them both installed unless im just dumb and clicking the download button didnt download it for some reason

i figured it out! i was following the tool kit recomended path in my c drive when the game was installed in my external hard drive which there had the correct folder. find where you installed the game
