All mods and mod manager say not found

Im not sure if theres a way to post screenshots but my mods, even after uninstalling say not found, and when i open the mod manager, everything says not found. The download button on the mod says it, the search bar says it, the two menu buttons up top say it, even the text above my username says it. is there a way to get that to go away? BG3MM isnt opening for me so idk if i can use that

Your third party mods require 3rd party mod support, which isn't what you're going to find here. You can either downgrade to patch 6, wait for your outdated mods to update to work with patch 7, or rip out your broken mods using the guide that we know you're not going to look at that will prevent you from breaking your game further.

never mind to use toolkit you also need to enable it in the dlc section of BG3

i don't mind ripping out all mods, in fact i ripped out all mods from mod manager b4 starting game and now i can't open modmanager at all.
