Text box and check-box when trying to quit?

I know my mods are broken after a update... again.
But I went in to check how bad it was this time.
Loading the save, I got a box with mods that didn't work. Multiple things of the 3rd party mod Mod Manager, a Gold weight mod, and a Feats mod.
I can wait for Nexus stuff to update, but when I went to enter the save anyway, and then to quit the game, I got a typing text box, with a check box underneath it. I alt+f4'ed to close the game.

I took screenshots throughout, but idk how to put those into a steam post beyond using imgur.

Me, too. No idea how to fix it, but I’m trying to figure that out rn. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app and even Steam and nothing works.
