Brother let me quit the game

I knew the update would take a steamy crap all over my mods, but now I can't quit the game properly. Whenever I click on something on the title screen aside from the options tab I get a double screen prompt like I need to type something in. On top of my mods being inaccessible (which was expected), my game is just completely busted now lol. I also can't even open the BG3 mod loader without it stopping at 30% load, but this might be a different issue.

There's always Alt+F4.

If you want to keep playing with your mods
If you want to keep playing patch 6 with your mods, here's what you do:

Right click BG3 on your steam library > properties > betas

On the Beta participation list select: Release_patch6_hf9

Wait for it to update and you should be good to go.

If you ever need to emergency-exit a game:
>ALT+F4
OR
>Windows button on your keyboard > Hover mouse over icon > Close the game

This happened to me too (and a bunch of other menu glitches. It happens because there's still leftover mod files.

Alt+F4 out, remove all trace of mod files (for me it wasn't enough to have them disabled on Vortex, I had to uninstall them entirely), reinstall BG3. Worked fine after that
