Press start button not showing up

So when i loaded up baldurs gate today to check out the update. The "Press to start button" doesnt show up on the main menu and im just stuck there looking at the screen. Does anyone know why?

Are you using any mods?

I assume this is probably due to mods installed before patch 7. I have the same issue, I tried to remove all of the mods but all that did was break mod manager so I uninstalled BG3 and deleted any left over files in the directory and reinstall. Looking forward to a fresh start as I have no expectations that any of my saves will load.

Yup.
That is a typical mod issue which has been mentioned for previous game versions as well.

Hey, i got she same Problem on MacOS, when i Start the Game and the Launcher starts, i can see the left side of the Launcher, but the right side where the Vulcan/DX12 Launcher Start option whould be i can see nothing...

Use this before reinstalling if you forgot how to remove your mods
