Stuck at 100% after Patch 7

When I launch the game im stuck at 100% for an eternity. I've tried disabling my mods as well but nothings been working...

Just disabling them does not suffice. Typical mod issue.

go to appdata ->>> local ->>> Larian Studios ->>> Baldur's Gate 3, Delete Mod Folder
than go PlayerProfiles ->>> Public, and Delete Modsettings.lsx

this worked for me, so definitely user error on my part XD thank you for the guide and for the reply!!

I had the same problem. I uninstalled and installed the game and that fixed it.
