Any ideas to downgrade from patch 7 to patch 6 ?

I have an ongoing run in Act 3 but Steam auto-updated my game. I've already read some annoyed comments about bugs and the risky chance that old mods might not work in new patches. I've heard some method could reverse the process like somebody had done it from patch 4 to patch 3 in the past
