Does BG3 need mods to use console, or the console is imbued in the vanilla game?

If the later, how do i active and use it?

So, on mod manager of patch 7, there’s no script extender, is there another name for the mod that enable console?

Isn’t there any simple method, like BG2 where we just open baldur’s.ini file and add Debug Mode=1?
