Do mods disable achievements?

Do any mods disable all achievements or is it a certain category?

They disable you getting the special dice on Honour Mode, not sure about achievements.

Every mod disables achievements. You need to install special achievements-enabling-mod if you must have all steam achievements. Or surely there is a mod that just hands out all the achievements without the trouble of playing the game.

im pretty sure theres a mod that enables mod-disabled achievements. the irony is crazy. idk why they bothered to disable achieves in the first place, its not like it matters--at all...to anyone.
