If you give the Noblestalk to Derryth, you can buy more from her in Act 3. They're very useful for healing.
The Noblestalk acquired in Act 3 will only heal you to full HP. No restored memories.
Little bit contrived, but they're considered a different item by the game. I suppose the RP reason for that is by the time you arrive in the Lower City, Durge and Shadowheart have already "reacquired" their most important memories.
There's a way to give the Act 1 Noblestalk to two people, but it requires an exploit:
Talk to Shadowheart and ask her to eat the Noblestalk until you reach the [Persuade] screen. Switch characters and send the Noblestalk to camp. Eat the (fake) Noblestalk and get Shadowheart's memory. Go back to camp and retrieve the Noblestalk from chest.
You can actually recover one memory when consuming the noblestalk in act 3. At least i had it happen in my current durge run. I purchase the noblestalk from Derryth, consumed it, and got the memory of the Durge doing some unspeakable things to one of their victims while shouting insults, or killing their butler.
Typically I just give it to Derryth so that I can get more in Act 3 (and so her shop is more prosperous and a better merchant for me to use).
I legit always forget to not blow that field up and have never once gotten noblestalk.
Ice/water spell can help alongside with turn-based mode. You just need to put out the fire first.
