Infernal Rapier Off Of WIll
I have completed all of the main story elements of act 2 and made sure to bring Will with me to get the Infernal rapier. I was hoping to get it for another member in my party however it seems to be irremovable from his inventory. Is this a bug or intended?

if you can't take it from him it's probably a bug. I have that item right now and Shadowheart is using it.

You probably Pact Weapon'd it, which binds it to Wyll until you Bind a different Weapon to your pact.

Does it work that way? I know you can give an EK's bound weapon to someone else. They can even use the ability to recall it after it's thrown or at least they used to be able too I haven't used a throwing build in ages.

Just tested it with my Wyll, when i unequip his current Pact Weapon and try to move it to someone else it doesnt move, and the Log says "Wyll has picked up Phalar Aluve"

From the Wiki (and I guess ingame):

Prevents the weapon from being dropped or otherwise disarmed.
I presume moving it to someone else counts as dropping it.

Huh, learned something new. I wonder if they patched the EK bound weapon thing then?

According to the Wiki, EK's Weapon Bond does allow the Weapon to be passed along.

If a warlock has a pact weapon, it can't be removed from their inventory.

Easy enough to deal with. Just create a fresh pact weapon, and the old one will be unpacted.
