Faces for Different Body Types Mod?

When creating a character I end up having to choose their body type by which of the available faces for this or that race I like, which is quite limiting and annoying when that also sets aspects like breasts, armour styles, etc. For example, if I want to create a more physically frail tiefling with delicate features, that means they have to use body type one or have a jawbone that you could repurpose as a hammer. Does anyone know of a mod which will unlock all faces within a given race regardless of body type?
