Subsection Spells
If you are looking for ways to keep your concentration, you need to lookup stuff like proficiencies. E.g. sorcerers are less prone to have their concentrations broken as they use constitution proficiencies. There are also feats like War Caster which can help with that. And help yourself with spells like Shield to negate attacks, unless you want to multiclass.
One Dip into Tempest Cleric for Heavy Armour and Shield to wear as Wizard can change the whole gameplay.
Two levels into Fighter before going for Sorcerer and you can cast three fireballs on first turn later.
You can also use magic stones to improve your concentrations and more...
