minthara act 2 bug

I have ran into a bug where minthara cannot be interacted with in act 2 after saving her from the jailers, is there any way to fix this? since im playing in honour mode.

I have seen other people report this.

Is any member of your party in conversation? That sometimes has a similar effect.

Minthara currently has several recruitment blockers if she becomes 'Permanently Hostile' at any point during ACT I.

Without further info; I assume you knocked her out during the raid, entered her mind in ACT II and together with her attacked her tormentors?

If so then unfortunately there is no fix and thus cannot be obtained - because the cause of her not being interactable is a permanent underlying bug applying her same NPC state from ACT I into ACT II.

not during the raid i agroed her by moving something in camp

Ugh, that sounds frustrating! Bugs like that can really throw a wrench in your playthrough, especially on Honor mode. Have you tried reloading an earlier save? Sometimes that can kick things back into gear.

Also, checking for any updates or patches might help if the devs have already addressed it. If all else fails, you might want to report it on the forums—other players might have run into the same issue and found a workaround. Good luck, and may your next encounter with Minthara be less buggy!

Care to explain? According to main BG3 fanboy this is legit way to recruit Minthara as good guy.

Cant reload its honour mode at least i get +1 brain worm. But I'll try to find a clever work around before killing her. since i only really wanted her for this run for some of the great convos she has with durge

You can knock her out to recruit her later. I often do this in the Shattered Sanctum just cause there are few outside elements that can kill her. Even though it no longer requires her to have the temp hostile state. I still do it that way. Just cause its easier to start the fight that way. I have never had a glitch that she hasn't appeared in Act 2. They even put dialogue in to account for knocking her out which she does at the end of Act 2. Usually she initiates a conversation after the jailers are killed. Which you can tell her to stay put or lets get out of her which she replies with "lead the way". I often throw a invisibility potion at her to turn her invisible after the eye makes its rounds. Then just leave through the door to the docks and then jump the gap of the broken bridge. But that was last done prior to Patch 7.

Ran into the same issue, and I haven't found any work-around. Another ruined honor mode run...
