Is there any tutorial on making a costum new horn mod?

i always want to make a horn mod based on my liking but i don't have any experience on how to make it, are you suppose to use blender for that?

I'm wondering the same, i think I found a useful youtube account for tutorials finally though, its called Padme4000. From what I've seen yeah it's blender for the horns

Hmm, I think those "Padme" guides are also at mod.io, here.

... I can't use the Toolkit but I've looked through some of the guides so that sometimes I know how to ask modders who CAN use the Toolkit the right questions, LOL.
