Scroll of Knock location ACT 3:

I don't know if something has gone wrong, I've found wikis stating you can find one sold at Sorcerers Sundries, but it's not there and I haven't bought it before.

Is there anywhere else I can get one in Act III ? I really don't want to re spec one of my characters.

Trader scroll inventories are randomized. Sorcerous Sundries does tend to have a very comprehensive set of scrolls.

just spam long rests until you see that Rolan in magic tower sells one.
Just google gloves which gives you knock,
Just use toolkits and rogue to open that thing.
Just hire a mage hireling.
Just respec any companion in the camp.

therre is another trader in Sorc Sundries as well, not just Rolan. Go around the stiarcase, she is called Tomekeeper something, she also has a ton of scrolls to sell.

Thank you for the advice, but neither the front counter projection/Rolan or the Tome-Keeper have had this scroll over the 18 times I long rested, but I've found almost every other scroll under the sun. Is there a reason that this scroll may not appear in their inventories ?

Its just RNG. There are a LOT of scrolls in the game, and the odds of any one being offered .. I don't know. But you can try this:
respec all your characters but do not level them up. Then visit, level 1 character 1 time, visit, repeat. This resets vendors, or it did last time I tried it, but its been a while. Every time any character levels up, it shuffles inventory, a lot faster and easier than camp and back loop.

I mean, try something else is valid too. Even an 8 dex character with 0 buffs can pop a 50 with a crit, and that is 1/20 .. you should open it within 10-15 picks on the average.

If youre truly lost just respec the wizard at withers and pick up knock as a level reward. Its probably cheaper than buying & learning from a scroll anyway

You simply broke a golden rule in BG3. When you find a scroll, simply learn the spell so even if the process destroy the scroll you can cast it at will there after. Almost all spells Gale learned was this way.

Scroll of Knock is often dropped as random loot. There is one sure location where to find one but it is in Act 2.
