Faithwarden
if i get the faithwarden title/trait and then respec using withers to a diffirent class do i keep the title?

My guess is that you do keep it.

Is the title important? I'm not a big fan of druids so I've never gotten it.

its not important and only gives some minor dialog choices later

finally checked it myself and yes you do keep faithwarden even if you respec out of druid as long as you have at least one lv in druid when completing the quest that earns you it

If (and only if) you are a druid and you save the Emerald Grove.
