We need not make the same choices. if a scripted romance with an NPC appeals; then by all means - go for it!
OMG WOW! I always wanted one of those life like dolls with the vibrating parts. Very expensive, can't afford one, so I chose Shadowheart.
The other pairing I like is Durge and Astarion, because I feel their backgrounds make them a very natural fit.

Damn dude..
I notice a lot of people want astarion. i thought it was bc neil newbon, but maybe i'm wrong..
Either way, he's a bear.

Yeah it's like w/ divinity, i could only ever see lohse/sebille together. Idk why, it just clicks more?
I find it strange, that while I really love to play as Lohse and naturally romancing Sebille (of course, there's no debate :D), I can't bring myself to play as any Origin character in BG3, I just end up creating my own Tav. Can't explain, why that is, I just feel it that way. And it's definitely not because I would think they aren't fleshed out enough, they are, I just can't get behind them.
I've been told to play as tav first, and i *do* want to, but at the same time i'm so curious to see each character's perspective and how they react to each other, like in DOS2.
