Modding help? LSLib Issues?

So I've been modding through Vortex/Nexus mods, but Patch 7 did something to mess with the LSLib Divine Tool, so now it's not letting any of my mods populate in the load order. I've already cleaned out my mod manager and reinstalled all of the game files just to be safe. I keep seeing that downloading some .NET 8.0 Desktop Runtime file from Microsoft has helped others, but where do I need to install this file once it's downloaded? I can't seem to find any other answers, and obviously just leaving the file sitting in my Downloads folder isn't right, but what else do I need to do in order to get my mods running again?

If there are other solutions or if anyone knows any way that I can get all my mods for BG3 working again, I would appreciate any help. I feel like I've been banging my head against a wall for like a week.
