Game Performance on Mac M1 Air

I have a Mac M1 Air, and want to know if the game run well on it, i don't care about the graphics, playing on medium should be good for me. So, anyone can tell me if it's actually playable?

Something occurred to me. You can try playing a cloud version of the game. There are issues with cloud gaming in and of itself, but it would probably run better comparatively.

I personally don't use cloud gaming because it runs better natively on my PC.

Geforce Now is a popular one (and it supports BG3).
