Can you now long rest after knocking out minthara ?

I heard that there was a bug where halsin things not all leaders are dead after knocking out minthara and doing a long rest, is it still the case ? or is this whole knock out thing different now ? because I knocked here out by accident and long rested and now I don't now if I should restart and really kill her because she is already gone or if the halsin quest is still working

Depends on your quest progression.

I kill all the leaders Halsin wants you to do and never long rest or leave there, I then go back to him and complete the quest. It's never bugged out for me if I do that. Almost 1700 hrs in the game.
