Why is this the part where the game takes agency away from me. I am 7 hrs deep now and it decides the story for me? i dont understand why i NEED to save her. I want her dead as a door nail, as far as i can tell she caused literally most of the crap i am now dealing with in game. WHY would i save her!? (No spoilers plz) I really hate this, is there any way i can make her very very dead?

So kill her. Assuming you have Shadowheart in your party, and Shadowheart has the spear, you can just kill her.

Bring Shadowheart to the dungeon next time and get the spear in the library.

In fact, I hope you don't have Shadowheart in your camp if you didn't bring her, 'cause she's gonna leave for not being brought along.

The non spoiler version... Aylin has no direct involvement in anything negative that happens unless in your view a lesbian relationship counts at face value. You missed an important plot piece if you are blaming her.

The Slight spoiler version Aylin, and Isobel (Throm's daughter) fell in love. Isobel died in a way that is never directly stated. Throm wigged out making deals with Shar, and Myrkul to bring her back which was a massive breach of his old faith. To live to see that moment he Imprisoned Aylin to use her immortality for himself.... that is it she is being forced to keep someone evil alive.

I definitely did not play as intended. :D I broke the game very early on, not intentionally this is m y first playthrough but yeah, its been fun.

Dont care about all that tbh. Its an RPG, the player does not ''miss'' a plot point. The game has naturally moved me here and told me relevent info.
But it does seem by your statement i did indeed miss a bit, but thats what newgame + is for.

LMAO i probobly did :P I killed every main party member and was doing a chaotic neutral run. I have missed every single dialouge option for the companions and have not even explored most of the map...
It has been very fun up till this lady :P

I think you've skipped a lot of the game, but there's reasons why the Dame is where she is - and none of it's her fault. But you can have Shadowheart merder her. It's ok.
