Radiant Knight Build help?

So I watched some videos where you play as a Cleric and destroy enemies using Radiant damage as well as Reverberation all the while the enemies should miss most of their attacks. However, I am getting wrecked by Ch'r'ai and his soldiers.

My Cleric is a level 5 Light Cleric Wood Elf who is branded. The items I have thus far are:
Holy Lance Helm
Luminous Armour
Boots of Stormy Clamour
Gloves of Belligerent Skies
Ring of Protection
Absolute's Talisman
Hunter's Dagger
Absolute's Warboard

The stats for my Cleric are: 12 STR, 14 DEX, 16 CON, 8 INT, 16 WIS, 8 CHA. I am using the Warcaster feat to hep maintain the Spirit Guardians concentration spell.

So my Cleric has an AC of 20 and has pretty good bonuses to saving throws, but like I said I am getting wrecked by Ch'r'ai. By the way, the difficulty is Tactician and Karmic dice is turned off.

Any ideas to help improve my build will be most appreciated. Thank you.

What's the rest of your party group comprised of? I have only played a Cleric in a support role. But success is also dependent on the effectiveness of the group overall.

I do have a party but was trying to do this battle solo. Anyway I just manged to do it. I'd just noticed that what was killing me were their magic users with their absurd psychic rend which was enhanced by potent cantrip. So I had prioritised in taking them out first then the rest. I was just a little surprised by their accuracy. Like I said, my AC and saving throws were are quite decent and while I fully expected to take a bit of damage, I didn't expect to take that much damage.
