If there are no choices then it's just a simple click anyway, but at least the player gets the information what (/if) class or race ability gets automatically added (though reading is required, so I wager that a good portion ignores that information anyway, but it's there).
A mod that does some handholding, i.e. actually makes suggestions on what to pick at level up (WotR had suggestions), I wouldn't use it but that could get some interest. especially for "noobs". Thing is, I know of nobody who's written it.
And even if they could, it would probably only make suggestions among existing spells and feats, and have no recommendations for mod expansions of either.
I will say in the PF1E labyrinth of complexity for WotR, the fact that it made suggestions was welcome. Between that and all the information at the Fextralife Wiki (but boo to all those pop-ups), it actually made levelling up characters bearable.
Just move on and ignore this title. Or play the game the way it was supposed to be played.
