Will a modder make a proper autoloot mod that is updated in 2024-2025?

The current auto loot mod on nexus has been abandoned since december of 2023 and has alot of bugs in it due to patch 7 changing alot of things and patch 8 is coming very soon. The one on the mod.io picks up everything( even the chests) and literally doesn;t work with any sorting bag or anything making it useless. Will someone make a proper autoloot mod since I like to hoard everything.

Yes I know you do not have to hoard every item in the game, but that is the way I like playing games and I feel like it is a very good qol thing to have.

Probably would be better to pay someone to make it, if you're the interested in getting one. Doubt your chances of hitting a modder who just makes one because of a thread on Steam.

True,, but maybe if the post gets popular that Larian would add an option in patch 8 making it easier to pick up items like increasing the aura when holding down the a button with the controller. That can be a good bottleneck to resolve this issue as well.

I would guess A lot of modders have abandoned there mods because the game is updated a lot. When Larian stops updating the game some modders might come back.

Which auto loot mod do you speak of. There are several depending on where you look.

We made our own, however it was a hijacking of the mod 'Auto Loot Aura', also abandon by its creator but works for loot so long as you update the table.
