Ryzen 5 5600G Vega 7 & 16GB RAM?

I have seen a video 1 year ago about someone playing on medium graphics with Ryzen 5 5600G Vega 7 & 16GB RAM.

But since then, there has been optimizations from Larian.

I was wondering if my nephew could play with this configuration and whether if any of you currently play with this configuration.

If you're nephew doesn't care about fps or resolution it should be fine. Otherwise invest in a gpu.
