Any long term consequences to killing all the Flaming Fists at Waukeen's Rest?
Kept failing my attempts to get Woundseeker in a peaceful/sneaky way, so I killed them all out of frustration. I was still able to rescue Florrick, and she acted like nothing was wrong, so am I good? Now that I have the sword and the extra exp, I don't really feel like reloading if there's no downside.

I doubt it.

You'll later meet the orphaned daughter of one of the Fists, which might make you feel bad. Except I think she's the daughter of a fist who was already dead when you show up.

I suppose that if you killed Yeva there, she won't be underground with Zevlor to help you fight the released mindflayers. But that's optional anyway.

well the old DND saying, it is not a crime if no one see it happen. Florrick probably just thought the drow killed the flaming fist anyway

Dude, that line's WAY older than D&D. ;)

Eh? Command - drop and then sneak pick up. Yeva even isolates herself inside the inn if you go turn based.

Only long term consequences I can think of is that the FF are yellow outlined at Last Light, and Yeva is a less effective ally in a mindflayer fight. Both very minor.
