Self-Same Trial (maybe SPOILERS)
will the SST handle a party of 6? Or should I just enter the SST with just 4? Thanx for any and all tips!

It would be fun to see if you will have 4 or 6 of yourself. If it's 6 it would make the thing a little harder because when the first opponent fall, your companion will have to pick one of the 5 or 3 remaining opponents. An easy cheese is to replace your normal weapons with weaker ones and take back your original weapons when the battle start. You will gain the advantage of getting better weapons than your copy.

I highly doubt that the self-same trial would work with with more than four members of the party, unless the mod designer specifically accounted for that.

If you enter the self same trial with a party of 6, 4 of them will be cloned, and you will have a 6v4 advantage.

That said, the easiest way to win the trial: I'm daft so I didn't think of this myself ... send in 1 person (usually Shaddy as she wants to) ... have them take off all armor and equipment ... put blood in the bowl ... put it all back on ... have her enter the room.

She will be facing a clone who admittedly has all her spells, but is unequipped. A nice unfair 1v1 fight.

I believe you get a slight curse if anybody in a party attacks someone other than their clone, but it's minor and easy to remove with remove curse. But don't do it with a party; the 1v1 unfair method is the quickest.

Yes, you can easily cheese the fight.

But it should be pretty easy without any cheese, because the player is much better at playing the game than the AI is.

This is actually my favorite of the three trials.

it CAN handle 6 or more, but the same rules apply regardless.

More importantly, the enemies drop a very nice ring called Killer's Sweatheart, but only if you play by the rules.

1) Attack only your own clone, unless...
2) If you have killed your own clone, you can attack anyone

Killer's Sweatheart gives you one guaranteed crit per Long Rest (if you have already killed at least one enemy). It's really nice for paladins because you can get a guaranteed critical smite.

sorry if it already was answered

but:

you need to attack the copys of your chars with THE FITTING CHAR! so attack gale with gale or karlach with karlach (whatever youve go)

i didnt get that, but still killed them. you can also find that information in a book if you sneak in there invisible

and btw: dont forget the parasite! its kinda easy to miss!
