Question about bg3 BOOOAL?
If in act 1 the player don't free BOOOAL and sides with goblins after they leave for moonrise where is BOOOAL at?

Pretty sure you got the names of stuff mixed up.

You never free Boooal, he is first met in the underdark near the koatoa village regardless of your earlier choices the choices where he is concerned are either make a deal with him or kill him.

He is also not someone you can recruit to be a companion.

To be fair, in Act 1, the fish guys at the beach are carrying javelins that are "Boooal's something-or-other", but I don't recall ever having any interactions with it.

The Mahkloompah thing is just a humorous intermission. It will not have any effect on the rest of the game. The corrupted Kuo-toa will still appear in Act 2 regardless what happened in Act 1 or if Kuo-toa were even encountered in Act 1.

They will even continue to chant "Boooal" after declaring Mahkloompah to be their true deity.

E: You will get a summons for a Sahuagin during the final push. (Say who again?) The Champion of Mahkloompah will be a summon-able Sahuagin, but you must convince the Kuo-toa to worship Mahkloompah instead. (E: and apparently a pair of Kuo-toa summons if they worship Mahkloompah that I didn't know.)

It was added in a patch (5? 6?) that if you ask them to "build you an army" that they will have summons you can call on for the final battle.
