Yeah, If she's not with Tav, regardless of gender, she and Karlach are cute as a couple, even if followers can't "Date" the same way the player can with any of them.

No idea, never played Early Access. But the idea of your followers dating during the adventure sounds amazing. Hope it returns in a future update at least.
