Good luck! I'm hoping its a simple fix, that a mod simply overwrote something, which when removing the mod doesn't replace what was removed, and the verify thing should work.
If that doesn't, and a clean overhaul doesn't, might be a graphic driver/graphic card issue, hopefully not tho!
That is simple to check by them sharing screenshots.
Edit: Have this screenshot to tide you over until it downloads. Hopefully the problems gone

As long as you did a clean uninstall as described here
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3165940575
that reinstall should definitely set it back to vanilla state of the game
At least I hope thats it... If not ill do the clean uninstall and try again. I had like 4 face mods but they said they only added to the CC as new assets, not overwriting existing so I dont get why NPC's would be affected all of a sudden.
Thanks again, guys.
Looks like its a guided uninstall.

Heh, yeah. That is a typical mod issue. Faces/makeup etc.
Im using the built in MM so maybe thats the thing that keeps overing the face textures?
I do not care enough about mods issues to know which mod does which issue. But You can have these tips
https://steamcommunity.com/app/1086940/discussions/0/4696782945526623592/
Why they are good? After a clean uninstall according to the guide, and a clean reinstall, you can use the tip to avoid reinstalling in the future by making a backup as described and whenever such an issue happens it takes less than half a minute to check by using folders and renaming them.
OMFG lol If anyone reads this in the future, don't be a blithering ♥♥♥♥♥♥ like myself. Read every description TO COMPLETION. Yes, even the fine print... Especially the fine print. If you think you are good, re-read (REEEEEEE-read) several more times just to make sure you fully understand the ramifications of installing a cosmetic mod.
Seriously, from the bottom of my heart. Thank you アンジェル for suggesting make up mods.
God bless you, God bless your family. I pray that you/your family are happy and prosperous for 10,000 years.
Thank you for the clean install/uninstall guide also.
